Whether you are a foundation, association, condominium owners' association (WEG) or apartment block owner - we are there for you and your property and take care of all your concerns personally and very quickly.

We manage the properties of charitable foundations and associations, large condominium complexes (WEG) and a wide variety of large apartment blocks in many Berlin districts. The experienced family team has been working together with many foundation directors, association managers and owners for many years with great success and pleasure.

With us, repairs are carried out quickly by experienced craftsmen. We are pleased when our tradespeople manage to avoid high costs through good ideas. There are virtually no legal disputes, as we know the legal framework very well and prompt communication prevents misunderstandings or annoyances with tenants or co-owners from arising in the first place.

We do not have strict office hours and can generally also be contacted personally by telephone by our tenants throughout our office hours, generally Mondays - Thursdays from 09:00 - 16:00. In special emergencies, we can also be contacted regularly by mobile phone.

Apartment blocks

We manage the properties of non-profit foundations and associations, a wide variety of large apartment blocks (renovated and unrenovated old buildings, new buildings, factory floors, city villas, etc.) in many Berlin districts. We often find constructive co-operation with a wide variety of tenants. We have a lot of experience and great success in selecting suitable new tenants. We plan maintenance work with foresight and quickly award repair contracts to experienced tradesmen who are familiar with the property. Rent collection is handled very effectively and promptly. Our foundation representatives / association representatives / owners always receive all requested information and statements immediately.

Our fees are based on the specifics of the property and, as usual, represent a flat-rate percentage of your actual rental income. We do not charge any special fees, e.g. for major construction projects or similar. For smaller properties, there is a minimum management fee of € 8,000.00 net per year.

Condominium owners' associations

We manage larger condominium owners' associations (WEG) of at least twenty-five residential units very close to our Zehlendorf office neighbourhood, but also in the city centre.

We have many years of extensive experience in condominium management and are always pleased to be praised for our swift, balanced and legally compliant approach. We implement your declaration of division and your resolutions objectively and equally for all owners. We see an active owners' advisory board as support for our joint work and as an important point of contact on site. For us, it goes without saying that draft resolutions of the WEG are well prepared and that all relevant background information is clarified beforehand as far as possible. We adapt the intensity of our communication with you as a condominium owner (and / or advisory board) to your wishes and varies greatly from condominium to condominium. Transparency and fairness are important to us!

Our fees are based on the special features of the property and the size of the WEG. We do not charge any special fees, e.g. for larger construction projects or similar. For smaller WEGs there is a minimum administration fee of € 8,000.00 net per year.
